A Celebration of the Autumnal Night

This Years Festivities:
Ghosts and goblins, fiends and friends, come one, come all to the 7th annual Trolloween. We have pumpkin carving and classes, costumes and capers, and of course in the end…the haunt of Freemont! The celebration begins at the troll at 7pm and the his year we have a whole new route down by the water and we're tying things up at the Redhook Brewery for the largest Troll-A-Gogo ever. Come and join in Freemont's wildest evening.

Pumpkin Carving:
Come and join in the fun at the Powerhouse at 5pm on Saturday October 30th for an evening of pumkin carving fun as we hack, chop, carve and frappe our wonderous orange vegetables of the fall into magnificant renditions of hallowed (hollowed?) art. Bring food and sharp objects to eat and hack (respectively of course), and a strong desire to watch the pulp fly! Then, on october 31stt we will disply these pumpkins at the council of trolls and Troll-A-GoGo. B.Y.O.P (bring your own pumpkin!)

The Council of Trolls:
This year the festivities will begin at the troll at 7pm Sharp! Come and join Troll de Mac and friends for the annual gathering of Freemont trolls as we part the veils for the evening. Performances will include storytelling by Maria, a light show, The council of trolls, a costume walk and the fine troll opera, 'The Magik Boot'. Aspiring performers contact Maque Davis (297-3255) as soon as possible.

A Haunt of Freemont:
At 8:30 we leave the troll for the haunt of Freemont! Follow the torchbearers as we process down Troll way to the waterfront where and array of fire performers will dazzle you with feats of fire and phantasy. This is the best fire show north of black rock city. Watch us burn. Performers contact John Murphy (632-1673) as soon as possible.

Troll-a-gogo:
Troll-a-GOGO at the Redhook Brewery! Come see music by Ziegle, Tiny Giants, Zanga Zanga and assorted DJ's. Watch performances by MagmaVox, Spiral Kiss, the Cabiri and others! Fine food and drink with the candlestick curmudgeons! Mystical and magical Henna designs by Piper Waite, Tarot with Jaci and Astrological readings above and below. An evening of mystical mayhem, fun and fantastical frolic. The doors of Redhook open at 7 with performances and dancing until 2pm! Volunteers and performers contact Piper Waite (632-3450). Tickets sold at the door $5 in costume $8 street clothes.
